Berlin, December 9th 2019
The 2nd General Assembly of the European Roma Institute for Arts and Culture (ERIAC) took place on 9 December, bringing together associate members, representatives of the ERIAC Board, and the ERIAC management. This was the first time that ERIAC brought together its community in Berlin!
The General Assembly followed the ERIAC Impact – the public presentation of ERIAC achievements and future plans, that was organized at Hotel MELIA Berlin, in the framework of “Roma Tangible Heritage Network” project, supported by the German Federal Foreign Office.
The main objectives of the General Assembly were the following:
Following the General Assembly meeting, the members were invited to visit the ERIAC gallery space and office. There, they were given a guided your of the current exhibition “Katitzi“.
The day conclude with Tajsa Roma Cultural Heritage Prize Ceremony at the Maxim Gorki Theater in Berlin, featuring a concert of world-famous flamenco pianist and composer Dorantes and guest performers Monika Lakatos and Maria Jose Llergo.
