ERIAC Launches the 2026 Film Pitch Deck at the Cannes Film Festival

The European Roma Institute for Arts and Culture (ERIAC) is pleased to present the 2026 Film Pitch Deck, the second edition of this initiative featuring a curated selection of film projects involving Roma creatives from across Europe.

Building on its inaugural edition, the Pitch Deck reflects ERIAC’s ongoing commitment to strengthening the presence and professional advancement of Roma filmmakers within the European and international audiovisual industry.

The selected projects span a wide range of genres, formats, and markets, highlighting the diversity of Roma storytelling and the strong involvement of Roma professionals across key creative and production roles, including directing, writing, acting, and producing. Together, they offer distinctive perspectives and compelling narratives with the potential to engage audiences across territories.

Through this Pitch Deck, ERIAC acts as a facilitator, promoting the projects across European industry platforms and connecting filmmakers with potential partners, including producers, co-production markets, funding bodies, distributors, and film institutions. By supporting visibility, access, and collaboration, the initiative aims to encourage new partnerships and contribute to a more dynamic and interconnected European film landscape.

This year, ERIAC is present at the Cannes Film Festival as part of the Creative Europe MEDIA Pavilion, where the 2026 Film Pitch Deck is available throughout the Marché du Film.
