On the occasion of International Equal Pay Day, the 2025 edition of the WOMNET gathering—organized by the European Roma Institute for Arts and Culture (ERIAC)—invites reflection on the leadership and innovation of Roma women in arts, culture, and entrepreneurship.

On 18 September 2025, ERIAC convenes a distinguished group of Roma artists, cultural entrepreneurs, and managers to exchange practical strategies for building and sustaining creative careers. The event, hosted online via Zoom, is open to the public and welcomes dialogue, contributions, and personal reflections. Please register HERE by September 17th 2025, CoB, CET

ERIAC WOMNET is a safe space for Roma women and allies to connect, share wisdom, and celebrate creativity and leadership. This is more than a meeting—it is a circle of voices shaping the future of Roma women in the cultural and creative world.

WOMNET is part of the ERIACNET4EU initiative, which works to protect, promote, and raise awareness of the rights of Roma citizens in the EU while reinforcing core European values of equality, justice, and non-discrimination. It strives toward a more democratic Europe where all citizens enjoy equal access to and protection of their rights.
