ERIAC x MIDPOINT Scholarship Opportunities for Roma Filmmakers

The European Roma Institute for Arts and Culture (ERIAC) is partnering with MIDPOINT Institute to support Roma filmmakers with access to scholarships for MIDPOINT Feature Launch 2027 and MIDPOINT Focus Queer 2027, MIDPOINT Institute’s professional script and project development programmes for feature-length fiction films.

Roma filmmakers shortlisted for Feature Launch will benefit from free participation in the Online Feedback Session, and a 500 EUR discount per project if selected for the full program. The same discount applies to their projects if selected for Focus Queer.

Through this partnership, ERIAC is helping Roma filmmakers access professional training, project development opportunities and international industry networks, supporting greater diversity and stronger Roma representation across the audiovisual sector.
