I am a tour guide and ICOMOS international memeber and a master holder of world heritage studies. My particular area is world heritage management and its capacities. I have been involved in national Egyptian world heritage unit and private sector heritage management entities and international capacity building projects with EU and BTU university in UNESCO Florence Italy. Assessing the needs of world heritage sites and reaching stakeholders concensus preparing for appropriate capacity response come at the core of my professional experience. One of the most exiting working conditions i have had was managing a capacity building project for the Cairo Opera House’s managers and employees where heritage laws and policies, systems and skills sets were facilitated to raise the managerial effectiveness and reach a more sustainable culture management.
